get_metadata(comptable: DataFrame) → Dict

Fill in metric metadata for a given comptable.

Parameters:

comptable (pandas.DataFrame) – The component table for this workflow

Returns:

metric_metadata (dict) – The metadata for each column in the comptable for which we have a metadata description, plus the “Component” metadata description (always).
